Job summary

A leading coaching organization in Toronto seeks an Agile Coach to mentor Product Group Owners and multiple Agile teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of coaching experience and be proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Ideal candidates will have expertise in Jira and OKR coaching, along with relevant certifications. The role is part-time on-site, requiring presence 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of coaching experience across multiple teams.
• Highly skilled with Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Proficient with flow metrics Lead/Cycle time, predictability, throughput.
• Experience with Objective and Key Results (OKR) coaching.
• Professional Kanban level 1 or Professional Scrum with Kanban certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach Product Group Owners who are Senior Manager/AVPs.
• Coach multiple teams that are part of an Agile Release Trains.
• Focus on coaching the teams and SMs, not delivery or project management.
