Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in CS/AI/ML/Data Science or related field.
• Strong ML, NLP, and pattern recognition fundamentals.
• Proficient Python programming.
• Solid software engineering with production-grade code.
• Hands-on AI systems experience beyond academics.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or tool-calling.
• Able to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Capable of building, testing, and shipping meaningful tech work.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems for financial analysis, research workflows, and trading intelligence.
• Develop production-oriented AI pipelines with reasoning, tool use, retrieval, and summarization.
• Build NLP systems for financial text understanding, sentiment analysis, summarization, and extraction.
• Work with structured and unstructured data like market data and financial documents.
• Prototype quickly, evaluate rigorously, and iterate toward real product value.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed AI in live workflows.
• Improve model and system performance in accuracy, latency, reliability, and efficiency.
• Explore frontier ideas in LLMs and agents and turn them into product advantages.
