Job summary

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Refunds and returns follow company procedures and complete all required forms accurately.
• Helps customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keeps sales tax-exempt records accurate and up to date by following Company guidelines.
• Sends damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and checks returned items against refund slips before restocking.
• Ensures all items are scanned correctly to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
