Agent(e) Service Client / Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team at 21 TSI, a holding company operating direct-to-consumer e-commerce stores based in Montreal, Canada. We own four successful brands (Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend & Nordik Recovery) and have fulfilled over 100,000 orders in Canada over the past three years. We are looking for talented individuals to help grow our brands across North America and globally.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Agent will assist customers facing issues with gym equipment, cold plunge, and paddleboards.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Identify clients' needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Document and update customer records
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues
  • Manage complaints and ensure proper follow-up
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all phases of service
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma (DES) or relevant qualification
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong rapport-building, positive attitude, and listening skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Team spirit, resourcefulness, and autonomy
  • Knowledge of gym equipment or paddleboarding is an asset
  • Sales experience is an asset
