Several opportunities are currently available in the Outaouais region.

As an agent(e)-conseil, expérience membre et client, you will enhance the experience of members and clients by advising them on their banking transactions and promoting Desjardins products and services. You will also serve as an ambassador for digital solutions, helping members use technological tools safely. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting members and clients with their operations and transactions, while informing them about existing applications and technological tools to make them more autonomous.
• Contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships through service delivery and activities.
• Supporting members and clients who have experienced fraud or irregularities and directing them to designated partners.
