Allstate Insurance Company of Canada - Permanent is seeking an Agency Manager to lead a sales team and shape a growth-focused business plan. This hybrid role entails developing agency portfolios, building community influence, and driving performance metrics while delivering a high-quality client experience.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor staff, execute strategic plans, and oversee day-to-day operations under the Director of Business Development.

Formación

• At least 7 years of management experience, including 2 years leading a sales team.
• Must hold an OTL license or be willing to obtain one.
• Well connected in the community with ability to build a strategic marketing plan.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan.
• Strong coaching, team building, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a quality agency portfolio with finances, operations, recruiting and marketing strategies.
• Identify and build centres of influence in the community.
• Drive agency results across quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and maintain a pipeline of candidates for agency roles.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to reach their potential.
• Develop and implement rigorous business plans and retention strategies.
• Deliver Allstate Brand Value Proposition for high-quality client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned by Director.
