Job summary

TAC Sports in Richmond Hill (York Region, ON) is hiring for afterschool programs. Coaches run 1-hour sessions from 2:30pm to 6:00pm, September through June, with pay at $45 per session. This role offers consistent hours and opportunities to join PA days and camps.

As a coach you will lead multi-sport training, teach fundamental skills, promote teamwork and safety, and communicate with families. Prior youth coaching experience and a valid Vulnerable Sector Check & First Aid CPR are prioritized;

Qualifications

• Vulnerable sector check and First Aid CPR required or prioritized interview
• Experience coaching multiple sports; youth experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging multi-sport training sessions for youth players
• Teach fundamental sport skills, teamwork and sportsmanship
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
• Set up and organize drills, games, and equipment
