Job summary

AVL Manufacturing Inc, based in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Inventory Control and the manufacturing process. You will manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely supply of materials for production.

This is an afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. You will perform cycle counts, pick/pack, enter data into the warehouse management system, and collaborate with purchasing, shipping, and

Qualifications

Experience in shipping/receiving and warehousing operations.
Proficiency with MS Office and shipping platforms.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Record and manage inventory levels, label and store materials.
Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits.
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal use or shipment.
Ensure timely fulfillment of orders to support manufacturing deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Organize warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.
Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system (Visual) and other software.
Maintain records of all warehouse transactions and generate reports.
