Fleming and Baron, an ASSA ABLOY branded company in Woodbridge, Ontario, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift (4:00 pm - 12:30 am) to lead the Door Department operations with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee production, coach teams, and drive efficiency while supporting cross‑functional needs and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience preferred.
• Production scheduling and work planning experience required.
• CNC and metal-forming experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet daily schedules and performance targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop employees; promote teamwork.
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
