Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Canada is seeking a Team Leader/Production Supervisor at our North Star Windows and Doors plant in St. Thomas, Ontario to oversee daily Windows and Doors production.

You will supervise a 300-strong team across two shifts, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and partner with Senior Team Leader and HR on performance and training. Biweekly rotating shift (Day: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM; Afternoon: 3:45 PM–1:15 AM), overtime and Saturdays as required; compensation ranges from

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in windows and doors production is an asset.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Windows and Doors production operations.

• Schedule and manage manpower across two shifts.
• Lead training, performance feedback and coaching.
