Ben Machine is a Canadian leader in defense and aerospace manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer, Operator and Inspector to join our afternoon shift team and help ensure the highest precision in our components.
The role focuses on programming and operating CMM systems, generating AS9102 documentation, reading blueprints, and applying GD&T to fit tolerances. Prior aerospace experience is preferred and confidentiality and security checks apply.

Shifts: Afternoon Shift (Monday to Thursday, 4:15 pm to 2:00 am, Friday, 3:15 to 11:00 pm).
Compensation: $30-$34, depending on experience. Shift premium included.

Please note that it is a condition of employment that each employee sign a confidentiality agreement and complete a satisfactory security review that will include a police check. A failure to pass the security review or sign the confidentiality agreement will result in termination.
