Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is looking for a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead hourly production teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

You will coordinate people, materials, and processes to meet targets while fostering a high‑performance culture. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5 years of manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of safety, GMP, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, GMP, food safety, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team across one or more lines to meet schedules and targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute daily activities to achieve production plans and labor standards.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Coach and develop frontline staff and manage labor, scheduling and attendance.
