Qualifications

• Experience or training in industrial painting is preferred.
• Proven ability to prep and paint surfaces with various coatings.
• Comfort with hazardous materials and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray equipment to apply paint and other materials.
• Prepare and sand surfaces for coating applications.
• Clean, disassemble, and maintain spray equipment and sprayers.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Monitor coating thickness and quality; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with production team to meet timelines.
• Label, store, and dispose of paint waste properly.
• Move materials using overhead cranes as required.
