Job summary

Aversan Inc. in Montreal, QC seeks a Production Controller to coordinate workflow and material flow for low‑criticality production cells onsite.

You will release production orders, prioritize kits, track readiness and shortages with program and operations teams, and ensure ERP is used to complete orders with accuracy. Bilingual French/English is required. This role offers a stable permanent position with opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

Diploma in systems, software, electrical, or computer engineering or equivalent.
0–5 years of planning concepts and ERP experience; sense of urgency.
Good understanding of product nomenclature.
Fluent in French and English, oral and written.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with internal/external customers; adaptable.

Responsibilities

Release production orders per schedule.
Prioritize kits and update status for production meetings.
Track readiness and shortages with program and operation teams and coordinate launches.
Internally expedite shortages to support the Al&T plan.
Follow up on activities across work centers with priorities.
Follow-up of NCR, MRB on material and assemblies; ensure production order completion in ERP.
