Job summary

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, manufacturing, or supply chain, with demonstrated experience managing critical suppliers, shortages, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bilingualism is mandatory.
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain knowledge.
• Experience managing supplier performance and delivery commitments.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to be resourceful and make decisions across different levels.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and data-reporting skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing strategic or critical suppliers and shortage recovery activities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an asset.
• Aerospace or technology-sector experience is an asset.
• Experience with aircraft parts or mechanical structures is an asset.
• Knowledge of hardware equipment, sheet metal, or machinery is an asset.
• SCMP, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent professional certification is an asset.

Compensation

$75000– $90000 CAD (annual salary)
