Top Aces in Canada is seeking a Warehouse Material Coordinator who will support inventory management across its operations. You will ensure accuracy, manage receipts and issues, and coordinate shipments between sites while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong communication in French, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to travel to US, Europe, or Canada as needed. A positive, team-oriented mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving and inventory management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French; English is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Top Aces policies and procedures.
• Receive materials and verify against purchase orders and certifications.
• Perform material issues and transfers to sites.
• Prepare items for shipping and manage courier bookings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Travel to other operating sites as needed.
• Support safety programs and Quality Management System.
