Job summary

Aversan Inc. is seeking a Materials Analyst to support day-to-day materials operations, inventory accuracy, and production flow in a fast-paced aerospace/manufacturing environment at Kanata, ON.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, kitting, stock transfers, and outbound deliveries while ensuring quality compliance. The role requires a college diploma in a related field and 3+ years in warehouse operations with SAP/ERP experience, along with strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent in warehouse/logistics or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse ops, inventory control or related area.
• Hands-on experience with receiving, inspection, picking, kitting, issuing, stock transfers and shipping/receiving.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems for inventory transactions.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and put away materials per site procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Kit, pick, and issue materials to support production and maintain smooth flow.
• Perform cycle counts and shelf-life control to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Replenish the KANBAN two-bin system and escalate shortages to mitigate stock-outs.
• Process stock transfers and outbound deliveries accurately and on time.
• Support containment, quarantine, and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Participate in lean initiatives and physical inventories.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and document retention.
