Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions in Mississauga, ON seeks an Instrumentation Technician for calibration and validation of high-precision instruments used in aerospace manufacturing.

You will support calibration across temperature, pressure, voltage, current, and other critical sensors, ensuring equipment meets tolerances and documentation is up to date. A diploma and 1–3 years’ experience are expected, with strong problem-solving skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in instrumentation, calibration, metrology, or related field.
• Experience with instrument calibration, tolerance verification, and measurement validation.
• Hands-on experience with calibration/communication equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and English fluency; French is a plus.
• Citizen or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and validation of precision measuring instruments, including temperature, pressure, voltage, current, vibration, flow meters, load cells, and force measurement devices.
• Calibrate instrumentation used on turbine engine test benches.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and provide technical support to production as required.
• Perform testing and verification to ensure equipment meets required tolerances and specifications.
• Maintain accurate calibration documentation and records.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to calibration processes and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support on instrumentation and measurement systems.
