Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Orillia, Ontario, is seeking an Inspection Supervisor to oversee final and in‑process inspection, FPI, part marking, and shipping/receiving, ensuring customer specs and AS9100 standards are met. You will lead Quality Inspectors and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in aerospace/inspection.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, AS9100, and blueprint interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee final, in‑process inspection, FPI, part marking, and shipping/receiving.
• Lead quality inspectors and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure documentation, certifications, and records are complete and compliant.
• Support audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis to improve inspection efficiency.
