YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates, with a passion for driving sales. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through outstanding in-store experiences. You support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results and business opportunities.
2. Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Lead by example and hold associates accountable to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
3. Talent development: Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to deliver excellent service and uphold a Guest First culture.
4. Teamwork and performance: Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates. Provide ongoing coaching and celebrate performance to motivate and engage the team.
5. Visual & operational excellence: Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. Ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
6. Integrity and safety: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, and follow all company policies, doing the right thing always.
