YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's key partner in developing and executing the store's Merchandising strategy. Your passion is in training and coaching your team to meet AEO brand Visual standards daily. You lead your team in floorset execution and uphold merchandising and marketing standards. Ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment is a priority. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving sales: As a Leader on Duty, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and support business planning to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: You ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards, manage day-to-day merchandising, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team, uphold customer service standards, and foster a positive work environment.
• Talent development: You recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver excellent service.
• Team building: You provide ongoing coaching, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate team successes.
• Operational excellence: You support visual standards, maintain store safety, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready.
• Integrity: You adhere to safety, Asset Protection, and company policies, always doing the right thing.
