Job summary

A prominent financial services firm located in Halifax is seeking a Supervisor for the Automatic Exchange of Information team. This role involves overseeing deliverables, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Financial Services, at least 3 years of experience, and excellent organizational skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Financial Services and/or Fund Administration.
• Exposure to Regulatory Compliance, FATCA/CRS, AML/KYC, and/or Investor Relations is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee preparation of annual/monthly/daily deliverables.
• Communicate daily with team and provide status updates.
• Manage communications and relationships with AEOI clients and stakeholders.
