YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, making strategic decisions to drive your business, delivering operational excellence, and maintaining AEO Brand Standards. Your Responsibilities

• Driving results : Maximize store productivity and build guest loyalty through a top-notch guest experience. Create and manage your store’s business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Business innovation : Analyze sales reports and trends to make real-time decisions to meet financial goals.
• People leadership : Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team. Encourage growth and establish clear career paths through training and performance reviews.
• Teamwork : Foster a culture of collaboration, set goals, and recognize outstanding performance.
• Brand standards : Maintain visual standards and ensure the team understands their role in keeping the store guest-ready.
• Workforce management : Optimize scheduling based on traffic and payroll reports to balance business needs and payroll costs.
