As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. 1. Driving results: Maximize store productivity and build guest loyalty through a top-notch guest experience. Create and manage your store’s business plan to meet KPI goals.
2. Business innovation: Analyze sales reports and trends to make real-time decisions to meet financial goals.
3. People leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team. Encourage growth and establish clear career paths through training and performance reviews.
4. Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration, set goals, and recognize outstanding performance.
5. Brand standards: Maintain visual standards and ensure the team understands their role in keeping the store guest-ready.
