Job Description

We are currently searching for an Advisory Services Project Manager to join our Strategic Advisory Services group in our Vancouver office.

This position offers opportunities to help grow the team, provide leadership to junior staff, and work on diverse strategic advisory projects. You will collaborate with talented professionals across the organization and have opportunities for career advancement with constructive feedback.

You will deliver integrated asset and climate advisory services, manage projects, develop strategies, conduct assessments, and advise on strategic issues such as capital investment, climate resilience, operational strategies, risk management, regulatory compliance, and data management.

Job Requirements
  • A strategic, systems-thinking mindset with a technical understanding of community services and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proven problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to market and manage client relationships.
  • A diploma or undergraduate degree in engineering, planning, business management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in advisory services, infrastructure decision-making, investment planning, or business process improvement.
  • At least 5 years of advisory or multi-disciplinary project management experience.
  • Experience in infrastructure asset management, climate adaptation, risk management, or similar areas.
  • Experience working with diverse teams including engineers, planners, and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of asset management, climate resilience, and facilitation practices is an asset.
  • Existing network of clients in the lower mainland is an asset.
  • Certifications in engagement, asset management, sustainability, or change management are assets.
  • Experience with enterprise asset management software and data visualization skills are assets.
