Enbridge is seeking an Advisor IT Application Services to support and enhance our Salesforce Field Service platform. In a techno-functional role, you will translate business needs into technology solutions and drive platform adoption across field operations.

You will gather requirements, support configuration and deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable processes. Hybrid work options are available.

Formación

• Related university degree or a two-year technical diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• 3-5+ years experience, preferably Salesforce Field Service.
• Strong understanding of field service processes, including work management, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce operations.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting application delivery throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with experience working across business stakeholders, technical teams, support groups, and external vendors.
• Salesforce certifications and experience supporting integrations, reporting, or data quality initiatives are considered assets.

• Develop and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and support procedures while supporting integration, reporting, and data quality initiatives.

Working Conditions

• Typical office environment.

Salary

• Ranges from $85,000 - $115,000 CDN for Ontario locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
• Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
