Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an Operational Efficiency Advisor to design and improve business processes and operations. You will advise clients and partners, develop action plans, and recommend solutions to align with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, implementing operational solutions, analyzing data, and writing reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, with fluent English and knowledge of French.

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in written English due to duties/tools and interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

As an operational efficiency advisor, you help design and improve business processes and operations based on business models and organizational structures to boost operational efficiency. You advise and assist clients and partners and recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

What You Bring To The Table
