Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an Operational Efficiency Advisor to help design and improve business processes and operations across models and structures, aimed at boosting efficiency. You will advise clients and partners and propose standards, policies and programs aligned with organizational priorities.

The role requires diagnosing issues, developing objectives and action plans, and analyzing data to write impactful reports, with strong interpersonal and cross-field coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Advanced proficiency in written English is required due to duties and tools or interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

You advise and assist clients and partners and recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
