Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock seeks an Advisor Onboarding & Sales Activation Specialist to guide newly recruited WFG advisors through onboarding and contracting, and to ensure activation to production. The role coordinates access to advisor tools, resolves onboarding issues, and collaborates with Contracting, Operations, Technology and Sales teams to remove friction.

The successful candidate will support advisors during critical production periods and continuously improve the onboarding journey using

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and priority-setting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to investigate issues independently.
• Strong verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise discretion and tact with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Guide newly recruited WFG advisors through the Manulife onboarding journey.
• Help advisors understand contracting requirements and status.
• Support registration and onboarding to Advisor Portal.
• Ensure advisors access required tools to conduct business.
• Identify advisors who completed contracting but are not activated or selling.
• Partner with teams to move advisors from contracted to active.
• Provide support during month-end production periods.
• Triage and coordinate resolution of contracting, portal, process and new-business issues.
• Maintain relationships with Contracting, Operations, Technology, New Business and Service teams.
• Track recurring advisor issues and suggest improvements.
• Develop FAQs, guides and scalable resources.
