Job summary

Richardson Wealth Ltd. is seeking an Onboarding Support Coordinator to plan and execute onboarding for new Investment Advisor Teams on a national scope. You will work with National Sales, Branch Management, and operations to ensure readiness, transitions, and smooth client communications.

The role requires experience with onboarding, licensing, and wealth management operations, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Hybrid work and a competitive rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with an Investment Advisor or Branch Management team is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate projects or events.
• Experience with employee onboarding and training.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management Operations and standard software tools.
• French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize pre-hire due diligence and licensing documentation for new teams.
• Coordinate licensing between teams and Registrations to activate upon hire.
• Liaise with Branch Administrators on on-site requirements for recruits.
• Provide on-site onboarding support for client communications and training.
• Assist IT with hardware/software setup before arrival and resolve tech issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to address process and client inquiries quickly.
• Assist with account opening in Dataphile and prep client packages.
• Train teams on platforms for account opening and transfers.
• Provide introductory tech overview (email, VPN, Jabber, etc.).
• Monitor onboarding progress with Branch Management and provide support.
• Maintain onboarding intranet and shared recruit documentation.
• Coordinate and order supplies for upcoming recruits.
