Reporting to the Manager of Brand Strategy & Amplification within the Global Communications team, this senior creative role involves strategic planning, concept development, and execution of visual content across channels. You will set the creative direction for brand assets, ensuring alignment with Nutrien’s standards and objectives, shaping compelling content to enhance brand engagement and consistency.

What You Will Do
  1. Lead concept development and visual direction for campaigns, paid media, and strategic content.
  2. Provide creative leadership for large-scale design projects.
  3. Manage content creation from ideation to deployment across channels.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals (Recruitment Marketing, Investor Relations).
  5. Oversee creative production with internal teams and external agencies.
  6. Support and mentor junior team members, uphold brand guidelines.
  7. Design physical and environmental brand elements for events and installations.
  8. Research and implement workflow and asset management improvements.
  9. Assist in managing the Digital Asset Management system for efficient asset organization.
  10. Provide creative direction for videos, including editing and post-production.
  11. Guide scalable design systems and libraries for content development.
What You Will Bring
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Communications & Design, preferably in a large multinational corporation.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop).
  • Experience with Global Digital Asset Management Systems (DAM).
