Schedule: 35 hours/week (7 hours/day). Working from approximately October 2026 to June 2027 with the possibility of extension.
Working within the Governance & Engagement department and reporting to the Manager, Strategy & Engagement, the Advisor, Corporate Planning & Reporting supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Parkland County’s corporate planning, business planning, and performance reporting processes. Working collaboratively with departments across the organization, the Advisor supports alignment of business plans, performance measures, and budget initiatives with Council’s Strategic Plan and corporate priorities. This position provides research, analysis, facilitation, and strategic advisory support to promote evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement. The Advisor monitors organizational performance and prepares corporate reports and dashboards, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective service delivery in support of the County’s strategic objectives.
