What You Will Do

  • Assist with risk assessments and monitoring on third parties, suppliers, customers, and internal systems / applications, including :
  • Recommend mitigations and support their implementation.
  • Propose process improvements for ECP programs, including Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Competition / Antitrust, Human Rights, and Privacy.
  • Provide advice and support on compliance programs to internal teams.
  • Collaborate on department initiatives like Ethics & Compliance Week and Integrity Awards.

Who You Are

  • University Degree or Technical Diploma in legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, or risk management-related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and managing priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with minimal travel.
  • Flexible work arrangements including hybrid, compressed workweek, and remote options, based on role requirements.

Physical and Mental Requirements
