As an Advanced Full Stack Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work on both the front-end and back-end of applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will contribute to the success of our software development projects.

You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Toronto, Ontario location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development and delivery of innovative software solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain software applications and solutions using front-end and back-end technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of software projects.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in software development processes.
Ownership of mobile application development including design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of iOS and Android apps.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree or 2–3-year Web Application Development Diploma from an accredited institution in a technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack software development.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated proficiency with front-end technologies including React, Typescript, HTML, CSS.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with back-end technologies including Node.js and MongoDB.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with mobile application development including React Native, Swift/Objective-C, or Kotlin/Java.
