Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Repentigny is seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Assistant. You will be the first contact for customers, ensuring a warm welcome and professional service while collecting essential data for prescriptions.

You will prepare prescriptions, detect potential issues, and handle specialized tasks such as dispill and robot management, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, patient‑focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma as Pharmacy Technical Assistant or equivalent certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• French language basic knowledge.

Responsibilities

• to prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the customer;
• take on responsibilities related to specialized tasks, such as dispill management, robot management, complex lectures, etc.;
• be a reference for their pharmacy assistant colleagues and act as a mentor.

For this position, you must:

• hold a diploma as a Pharmacy Technical Assistant or hold the Jean Coutu Pharmacy Technical Assistant certification.

Number of hours per week:

• 35 hours or more
• Between 10 hours and 30 hours

French language:
