Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Marieville, QC is seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. You will greet customers, collect data for prescriptions, and ensure accurate dispensing with empathy and professionalism.

You will mentor junior staff, handle dispensing tasks, and support robot management and specialized duties as needed, while maintaining a balanced schedule and a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Hold a Pharmacy Technician Diploma or the Jean Coutu Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Identify customer needs by collecting data for prescriptions.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact with customers, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
• Identify customer needs by collecting data for prescription preparation.
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the customer.

For this position, you must:
