Job summary

Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, in partnership with Precoa, seeks an Advance Funeral Planner to close pre-set appointments and earn uncapped commissions. You'll benefit from lead generation programs, marketing support, and a dedicated team of 50+ agents.

The role requires a current life insurance license or ability to obtain one, strong consultative sales skills, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. You’ll help families plan final wishes while building a rewarding career in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities
