Job summary

The role is physically demanding and requires endurance for lifting and maneuvering, plus valid ACP registration, BCLS CPR, a Class 4 licence, and completion of the F.A.R.E. test within six months of offer.

Qualifications

• Non-restricted registration with ACOP as ACP.
• Current BCLS CPR certification.
• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator Licence with clean abstract.
• F.A.R.E. test completed within six months prior to offer.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency scenes and patients and provide ALS transport.
• Lead the ALS team during patient transport or at scenes.
• Maintain readiness of ambulances and NET vehicles per standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operate in adverse weather and remote locations.
