The Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) provides immediate treatment and transportation for sick and injured individuals, operating within the scope of advanced care practice. The role involves leadership, decision-making, and teamwork alongside PCPs and EMRs, requiring professionalism, communication, and discretion.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining skills and knowledge per AOCP standards
• Safe operation of MHS vehicles
• Vehicle readiness and maintenance
• Patient stabilization in hazardous environments
• Documentation and communication of patient care
• Professional conduct and conflict resolution

Qualifications:
