Responsibilities

• Deliver educational programs focused on skill upgrading and computer training for adult learners.
• Provide career counselling and guidance to help clients develop actionable plans.
• Teach job search skills, including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and networking strategies.
• Create and review professional resumes and cover letters tailored to clients' career objectives.
• Write detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on career development, job search strategies, skill upgrading, and computer training.
• Utilize Pathways portal to deliver career training and information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in adult education, computer training, and career counselling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Career Development, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field.
