Job summary

Swim Recruiting is seeking an ADP Payroll System Specialist for a 6-month fixed contract in Burnaby, BC. The role focuses on troubleshooting payroll/timekeeping issues, managing support tickets, and testing changes to ensure accurate payroll outcomes.

Experience with ADP implementations or post-integration support is highly valued. The candidate will work closely with Payroll, IT, and ADP support, handling configuration reviews, testing scenarios, and issue resolution to improve payroll

Qualifications

3+ years of payroll experience in a complex unionized environment.
Post-integration ADP support experience (setup, changes, testing, test scenarios).
ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and ADP Workforce Management (WFM) SME.
Experience in manufacturing or related heavy-industry environments preferred.
Experience creating/managing ADP support tickets/backlog cleanup.
Familiarity with shiftwork (day/night, premiums, overtime).

Responsibilities

Act as internal SME for ADP Workforce Now and WFM; troubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, and system issues.
Manage ADP support tickets from identification to resolution; maintain a centralized tracker.
Coordinate with ADP support and internal payroll teams to resolve complex discrepancies.
Support system configuration, maintenance, and changes; document test results and impacts.
