The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is seeking an Administrator for the Hearings Director’s Office in Edmonton. The role focuses on providing administrative support, managing files, and ensuring timelines and processes are followed.
You will support the Hearings Coordinator, coordinate calendars, monitor communications, and assist with responses to the Alberta Ombudsman. A probationary period with potential hybrid work follows successful completion.

The Administrator, Hearings Director's Office works to provide administrative support to the Hearings Director’s office. The Administrator will be responsible for the administration of files and ensuring timelines and processes are managed appropriately.
The annual salary for this position is $69,342 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
During the 90-day probationary period, the successful candidate will be required to work from CPSA's downtown Edmonton office. At the conclusion of a successful probationary period, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Record Check satisfactory to CPSA.
