At Evangel Hall Mission, we're passionate about combating poverty and homelessness through supportive services and advocacy. Are you someone who is looking to make a difference in the world? Then this may be the career opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Our Administrator will play a vital role in providing administrative support in finance, fundraising, and office management. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill our mission and serve the community effectively.

They can also access a range of supports from community partners through the Drop In, such as Narcotics Anonymous, vaccine clinics, nursing care, legal clinics, programs offered by Toronto Public Health and many more. ehm is also home to over 160 individuals and families, living in our two subsidised apartment buildings.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team who cares about the same things. As a team we value non-judgmental acceptance, honouring commitments, transparency, continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration. If this speaks directly to you, then consider joining our team!

  • Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in customer service, communication, team work, initiative/self-management, accountability and flexibility/adaptability.
  • Flexible team player with ability to collaborate and support others in the achievement of results.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understand and welcome diversity
  • Computer literacy and proficiency utilizing MS Office software applications.
  • Excellent detail orientation, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of work with accuracy and within prescribed deadlines in a fast pace, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of NewViews accounting software is an asset.

An excellent benefits package including:

  • 15 paid vacation days,
