We are hiring for an individual to join our Housing Services, HART Transitional Housing team as a Wellness Worker. The Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub is a newly funded program aimed at addressing critical health and social needs in our community. The HART Hub will support individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, offering services that include addiction treatment, housing support and collaborate care. This role will provide tailored supports that assist participants in working towards individualized goals related to health and housing. This role will support to individuals in the program and complete regular rounds of the property and buildings. This is an awake position.
This is a permanent, casual (relief) position. Shifts scheduled as needed and as available. Must be available to work three (3) shifts minimum per month. Successful completion of a Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector) required pre-employment.

Rate of Pay:
At House of Friendship all compensation ranges are categorized under a series of “grades” and we base our payment structure on internal equity.When determining rate of pay, a candidate’s past related experience will be taken into consideration.

Mid: $26.72
Max: $29.48
