Reporting to the Program Lead, Workforce Experience, this position is the operational backbone for provincial workforce sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities include developing detailed schedules, workflows, records, communications, participation processes, and operating procedures; coordinating nominations, eligibility reviews, approvals, events, travel, vendors, provincial communications, and follow-up; and maintaining project plans, action logs, decision records, dashboards, and status reports. The coordinator monitors program funding, prepares estimates and forecasts, reconciles expenditures and invoices, and identifies variances or financial risks. The role collects, validates, analyzes, and reports program data; maintains digital tools and information channels; resolves escalated operational issues; recommends process improvements; and coordinates contributors across multiple teams and organizations to keep work moving on time.
