  • Set up digital client files on the Life & Health team server.
  • Scan and save documents into the appropriate digital file.
  • Verify that hard-copy documents are captured in the client file.
  • Flag missing documentation for follow-up with the Life & Health Advisor.
  • Shred hard-copy documents securely after digitization.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.
