Permanent Full-Time Administration Support Associate in Toronto, ON

We are seeking an Administration Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, ON.

What You Will Do
  • Process incoming applications for insurance and assess underwriting requirements, if applicable.
  • Manage all accounting and billing adjustments, and process premium refunds and charges.
  • Handle policy and client updates.
  • Communicate directly with Plan Sponsors, clients, and advisors via email and telephone regarding policy inquiries, follow-ups, and terminations.
  • Assist team members with special projects.
What You Will Bring
  • Industry courses (LOMA)
  • 5 years of experience in life, health, and insurance administration
  • Administration experience
  • Proficiency with mainframe and web applications
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary ranges from $42,500 to $57,400 annually. This salary is exclusive of additional variable compensation such as bonuses or commissions. If selected for further consideration, your recruiter will discuss our total rewards program.
