We are currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Specialist to join our HR Services team. Our focus is ensuring all timesheets, reporting, and inquiries are handled efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. In this role, you will bring your precision and expertise to provide crucial administrative support, resolve complex timekeeping discrepancies, audit records for compliance, and collaborate closely with timekeepers and other People & Culture teams to continuously improve our time-tracking processes.
Additionally, this role offers great professional growth, with opportunities to cross train with our Expertise team in managing service dates, leave banks, and complex pay analysis.
While work must conform to CBC/Radio-Canada operating standards, HR Policies, collective agreements, tax legislation, labour standards, and administrative procedures, this role encourages and requires independent judgment, analytical thinking, and independent decision-making within a complex environment. Work is subject only to general review, and you may occasionally coordinate the work of others.
