This role is based in Toronto (Hybrid), reporting into the People and Culture team at the CBC. As the Workplace Health and Well-being Advisor, you will review disability case files adjudicated by our third party provider in collaboration with the Disability team, and coordinate employee well-being initiatives across the organization. You will partner with CBC leaders, HR and IR teams to create, maintain and enhance a workplace culture of well-being in CBC newsrooms and across the Corporation. You will proactively monitor industry trends to guide the development and adaption of relevant policies and procedures.
