Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Implement and review new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budget controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
